Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what type of budget they have for the event, what type of food they're looking for, the date of the event, and the qty amount of people attending the event, once that is squared away we can focus on the menu!

I have a Culinary Management from Valencia College. I also have a Baking and Pastries Management degree from Valencia College.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I look to find a clients budget, how many rsvp guests attending the function, and the type of food needed for the event. Pricing would be according to the menu, labor, and travel, etc.

I worked in a variety of kitchens over the last 7 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with church members, hospitals, restuarent guests, and friends, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The last event I did in Alpahretta, GA back in 2017 at a clients home where their daughter was getting married at her parents home. Southern cuisine was the theme for the gathering, so we had prepared traditional food like fried chicken, collard greens, mash potatoes, butter rolls, etc.
