What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can cater all kinds of events up to 70 people at our location in Maitland. We like to design a specail menu for all of our events, so we prefer to discuss the venue with the customer by them calling or emailing us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Head Chef is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary school and has a passion to provide the best tasting food to make dining a wonderful experience.

No, pricing is not standard, but we can most likely meet all budgets.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been in this business since a very young age and continue to improve in the restaurant business. I now have one of the top restuarants in Central FLorida with some of the best entertainment.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
For Christmas we provided our location as a venue for private Christmas parties of which customers were amazed with.
We also hosted an amazing Valentine Day Dinner at our location with Entertainment. It was a very romantic evening for all couples who attended.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We have excellent experience in the catering area and can make your event special.
