What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact to talk about the photoshoot to see if I am the right photographer for what they are looking for.
Depending on the shoot, I will meet up with them prior too the shoot to discuss schedule of events. If headshots I will meet them for the headshots.
After this I will work with them on making them feel comfortable and at ease with having their photo taken.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years of professional photography work
Bachelor's in fine arts and photography
Continued education into grapghic design and cinematography so that I can better understand how photo translate to multi media and to expand my creative views.

How did you get started in this business?
I was a Marine Corps combat photographer for 6 years. There I learned to make every photo count, to tell a story with each shot. Strive for perfection in my craft because I may never get a chance to photograph it again.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Brides and grooms have been the majority of my clients. I have branched out to senior/graduation photos (portaits). I enjoy all types of photography.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently was hired to photograph a destination wedding on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. It was beautiful and allowed me the ability to really flex my photography skills.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for quality, You get one chance with your photos and you need to feel confident that your photographer won't miss a moment. Meet with them and get a feel for how they work and conduct themselves.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1. What style of photograpby are you looking for.
2. Do you have any specific photos that you want.
3. How important are these photos.
