We are a luxury catering company with a 22 foot mobile kitchen and are partnered with Tutto Fresco, a fine dining Italian restaurant in Port St. Lucie. We have access to the freshest, finest ingredients and perfectly prepare them in new and unique ways for each of our events. We also customize menus for each of our events to fulfill each of our clients personal tastes and preferences.
Food is meant to be enjoyed amoust family and friends in fun and exciting moments. We love taking our passion for food to these specail events and allowing our clients more time to spend with their loved ones. Seeing the reactions our clients have to the food we prepare is the most satisfying feeling in the world.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with each client and gather as much information from them as we can. Based on their event, wants and needs we create a custom sample menu for them. We them meet with our clients and review the menu, make changes and agree on a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a group of hospitality professionals who have dedicated our lives to this industry. Our partner is Tutto Fresco, a fine dining Italian restaurant in Port St. Lucie.

How did you get started in this business?
Started off cooking with my parents as a child. Fell in love with it and have worked every job in the hospitality industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all different types of clients. We have served out of our mobile kitchen as a food truck to workers on job sites, catered corperate events, served dress rehearsals and weddings, you name it and we have done it.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Most recently we did a holiday breakfast for a car dealership for 150 people. We had chef operated stations for omelettes and waffles. Our clients were so happy with the mobile kitchen and our ability to cook fresh on site as opposed to just bringing in prepared food in hot boxes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure your pro is willing to work with you. You want a caterer that will be able to understand you and your event so they can give you the best experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of service do they want? What is their budget and does their budget fit in with their wants and needs? Is there a kitchen on the event site and if not how will the cater prepare and serve the food?
