We love that technological advancements have allowed chef's to creae a fine dining experience nearly anywhere. (Running water/Electric preferred, but, we have alternatives)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather basic info, number of people, projected budget, find out party theme, does the menu need to fit the theme or not (example: Non-Kosher Bar or Bat mitzvah) or do you have specific wants. We accomodate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both have been cooking a wide range of cuisine for over 25years, each! Our experience includes everything from backyard BBQ to Sushi and Fois Gras. We cook it, or serve it raw.
