What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I will text and/or speak with a new client to set up an appointment and discuss the setting and vision for the shoot. I answer all questions and give helpful tips at this time and leave myself available to reach out any time before the session. We then meet at the location of choice and typically spend about 45 minutes to one hour on the session. I keep in contact with my client as I edit the images and then send them over!

I started this business out of a passion for taking photos of family and friends so that they could look backon their memories!

Find out what you are getting in advance and be sure to read reviews and get all of your questions answered!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What can I expect? How many images will I get? Will I receive a digital file? Can I post the pictures on social media? Can i get professional prints made? What is your turn around time? How will you get me the images? What should I wear? What about the weather? What if it's raining or too windy? Wahat's your cancellation policy? How about rescheduling?
