What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone or zoom interview find out there needs and wants . Then I send Formal quote with terms and conditions. If customer agrees we sign contract and 50% deposit is due at signing balance 1 week prior to event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 50000 contact hours of cooking in the kitchen Americam soul, asian, brazilian, puerto rican and Mediterranean foods.
