What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients frequently are referred by previous clients, which is something we love. Our first goal is to get a very clear idea of the goals and desires of a new client. Such things might be help selling a home, a special portrait for a special friend, or a super fun photobooth for a magical wedding day. While everyone has his/her own style (ours leans toward the cinematic), we reach out to see if there are examples or special requirements or concerns to pursue or to avoid. During and after a session, we ask for feedback to make sure that we deliver products to exceed your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Participating in local and international professional photographer groups is invaluable. As a result, we have had photographs receive merit (recognitions of quality and aesthetics) in National/International competitions. Each year, we travel to educational and training opportunities to improve our skills and master new skills.

How did you get started in this business?
We have photoraphed for many years. In 2008, a friend insisted that we photograph her granddaughter "for hire"
What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding couples, National suppliers of virtual tours for hotels, private hotels, theatre companies, men and women seeking romantic images for significant others, models, high-end food and jewelry makers and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Beach wedding in Fort Myers. This was exceptional because of the love of the parents, the couple and a child, the relatives - all together dancing and celebrating a wonderful union.
What advice would you give a customers looking to hire a vendor in your area of expertise?
Meet and talk if possible. Check reviews. Be as clear as possible in your needs and expectations. Listen to your vendor to 1) be sure that your vendor has heard, understands, and will aim to achieve your request and 2) to carefully evaluate any advice to see if it supports primarily your goal or the vendors - or both :)
What questions should customers think through before talking to vendors about their needs?
Needs - for a wedding - do you really need someone to videotape or photography you as you brush your teeth that morning?
