Working with Carlos at Elysian Catering was an amazing experience. I was able to surprise my wife with a romantic dinner for two on her first Mother’s Day. Carlos was attentive, accommodative, and paid close attention to details. We had amazing 4 course dinner including lobster, salmon, lamb chops, and crème brûlée. I would definitely recommend his services.
