I am Moroccan so Mediterranean dishes are where I found the start of my passion for cooking. I began working in restaurants at a very young age and after years of experience decided to expand my passions. I do believe my experiences have solidified my techniques for the craft. I do like to cater to more intimate setting like in home dinner, dinner parties and small private events because I believe it allows my food to reach the level of fellowship I have prepared it for. I have a managers ServSafe requirement.

Pricing is based on the menu the customer wants, the amount of people and the event itself. Because we have different menu options and sizing available the prices vary.
My wife pushed me to take the next step out of the restaurant and into working for myself while still pursuing my passion.
