I am a young caribbean chef from the islands that is specialised in caribbean food. My priority is making a customers dream come true. I provide free tastings and sampling of food. Quality of customer service over money is my priority. I provide buffet style service and A la carte. I am very delicated to my customers wishes and desires, As an autistic person I created this business to build and inspire others with the love and demonstration of cooking and hospitality services. I am very detailed oriented and orgarnised with my catering business. Safety food hygiene food practices is my number one priority and guranteed service.
