About

My name is Caylain and I run a small, dedicated meal prep and catering company called **Munchzee**.

I started Munchzee because I truly believe that how we eat is a reflection of how we care for one another. My kitchen is a place of peace and purpose. Every day, I work hard to prepare food that is as pure as possible—using only homemade, all-natural ingredients. I stay away from anything bio-engineered or unnatural (GMOs) because I want to provide nourishment that honors the way food was meant to be.

More than just a business, Munchzee is guided by my faith and the dietary laws of the Bible. It is my way of honoring God and caring for my neighbors through clean, honest cooking.

It would be such a blessing and a joy to be able to serve you or your staff, even in the smallest way. Whether it’s a quiet meal for a few people or a gathering of many, I would put my whole heart into every plate I prepare.
