My father was a Chef at the World Famous Papas Restaurant in Tarpon Springs back in the 70's we then owned a restaurant in New Symerna Beach called the Fin and Feather. I have been in the restaurant industry in one way or another all my life. We know how to please our clients and make the most delicous food on time and at a fair price. Our specialty is Greek/Mediterranean Food. We also do amazing deserts, Cold Pressed juices and smoothies with rare tropical fruits like Chirmoya and Lucama. We cook with algae in some recipes as it is the world's most potent superfood. All our food is healthy, fresh, and alergen freindly!
