What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work hard to place our cusotmers with the stylist that is right for their beauty needs and price point.
Consultation is key for us so we can partner in creating a beuaty plan that is right for each person.
Hoem care products are important to us. we carry a veritiy of quality products so our clients can continue to recreate their lokk after they leave us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is constantly educating themsleves on the latest trends. We are a Loreal Prestigue partner, which means all of brands fall under the Loreal professional unbrella.
New York Loreal academy is our home away from home
We even travel international for our education.

We are a teaching salon. All of our stylist have gone through our training program.
We are on pricing level system, the more demand a stylist has on their time the higher the price point they fall into. they typically have certifications as well.
