Executive Chef Raúl Thomas is a New York native of Puerto Rican descent. He discovered his culinary identity at a young age, watching his mother cook the typical Puerto Rican dishes he is so passionate about.
He is a graduate of the New York School of Food and Hotel Management and over the past 32 years has enjoyed working as a Chef at the Marriott Marquis in New York City, cooking for many celebrities, world leaders, performers and luminaries. His roots in Atlanta stemmed from an invitation to join Georgia State University as an Executive Chef and that was followed by the opening of his own restaurants and much more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to work with customers one on one customize menus and make sure that their goals are met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Executive chef graduate of New York food in hotel management. I've been in the food business since 1991. Open the first Puerto Rican restaurant in Georgia. Service and quality are my goals and always insist on the best product quality and service.

How did you get started in this business?
The food truck is the latest innovation of Rauls. When the pandemic of COVID-19 hit reaching a broader audience was necessary. So he stepped out the box and now have our first full truck
