Every dish has a story

Hi, I’m Chef Cam and as a DC native my food is inspired from MD seafood flavors and the southern soul from my grandmother. Food is a Love Language and when cooking for someone it is done from the heart so every detail matters. Along with great taste, I like to create a luxury experience with food. I currently service catering parties of 2 to 100 people. My menus are one of a kind brunch items like my breakfast fried rice to unique dishes like my seafood pot pie. I give my clients creative freedom as we create a custom menu together. All events will be treated with care and leaving you with nothing to worry about besides coming with an appetite
