    Our typical process for working with a new customer is to speak with them and hear exactly what it is they are desiring.  Once we understand that, our team curates a menu(s) and presents it to the customer for his/her review.  We do not stop until the customer is completed satisfied.  Once we enter an agreement, a tasting may be scheduled.
