What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking to hire a pro, there are a couple of things to look for. Firstly, Make sure their professionalism is top tier you don't want to work with no one that doesn't have excellent customer service. Secondly, they understand and listen to your needs and what specifics you desire. Punctuality is very important because it shows respect for your time and also theirs. Last but definitely not least, they have to have a great personality to work and be around! Make the atomsphere fun and enjoyable for everyone, so it doesn't feel like work too the Pro and it feels like a pampering for the client!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
With any type of service their are always risks that the customers needs to know about before getting serviced. The two most important questions that need to asked are: What is the desired look you want to achieve? And Do you have any skin conditions or allergic reactions before sitting down and getting serviced? These questions have to be answered before service to ensure proper understanding!
