What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them. And seeing their vision for what they want for the shoot. It's important to remember their names, and I prefer to talk to them on the phone or in person vs email, or text.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a photographer for 3 years now. I'm comfortable with natural light, and continuous light. I've shot weddings, birthdays, editorial model shoots, and everything in between. I'm also familiar with video as well.

It's based upon the customers needs. And how long it'll take me to execute them. And the level of difficulty to do so.

I picked up a camera randomly. Fell in love with the craft, and here we are.

My recent trip to New York. It was short but impactful. I spent the entire time doing what I love. Explored so much of the city. Met some interesting people.

Make sure that person is competent enough to provide the value they're looking for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should think about their budget, the location, and time of the shoot.
