We have an excellent catering team. We truly love making people happy when it comes to our food & the customer service we provide. Our chef Rudy has been cooking up traditional Jamaican & Seafood dishes for the last 30 years.

We have a catering team that speaks with each customer to get a more personalized view of what are they looking for. We take our time to make this happen.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Serv Safe certified. We have a MBA candidate & a Masters degree operations manager. We also have a PR team that assists us with all of our social media.
