What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over what we're offering on our extensive menu, usually a few days in advance. Then, we will make their order and informed them when it's ready for pickup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm still in Culinary School but I have been cooking for over 30 years and good at it.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I only required half up front and my prices various due to what the clients desire.
How did you get started in this business?
During the Covid-19, I was in the medical field as a Triage Nurse and I injured myself and had to go on medical leave, while on medical leave my doctor suggested that I just focus on my catering and retire from nursing due to my Stenosis. In December I got my LLC license and with the little cash I had I decided to open up my business, It's new but my experience with cooking over weigh everything. I know I will succeed one day and I also can provide help with families that have elderly parents due to my medical experience that give me Joy and that the most important thing that I will miss as a nurse is taking care of my patients.
