Wedding Package Pricing Month of Coordination starting at $1000 • coordination of rehearsal, ceremony, and reception • confirmation of all wedding vendors • creation of wedding day timeline and layout • pre-wedding walkthrough of venue(s) • unlimited contact via phone and email Partial & Full-Service Planning starting at $1400 • up to four planning meetings • venue and vendor location • one venue walkthrough • budget assistance • creation of ceremony, reception and music timeline • guest room accommodation assistance • monthly checklists • creation of the floor plan • organization of wedding processional • day of coordination for rehearsal, ceremony, and reception o arriving early to the venue to assist vendor set up and direction o ensure itinerary and timeline run as smooth as possible o assist in gathering gifts/accessories and decor after the event o supervise event tear down and load-out Design & Decor starting at $2500 • pre-wedding walkthrough of venue(s) • creation of wedding design • coordination of rentals and vendors • management of production plan • implementation of design and decor on the wedding day *Can be combined with Month of Coordination for an additional fee* The package pricing listed above represents Weddings with less than 150 guests and a Wedding Party size no larger than 10 (not including the couple getting married). o 150-300 guests will be an additional fee o Wedding Parties over 10 (not including couple) will be an additional fee
