What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, We get to know the pain points of our clients. What keeps them up at night when it comes to finishing and idea or project. Then we try to get a feel for the goals at hand, how it relates to the brand or occasion. Then brainstorm and come up with a playbook for execution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience and long lasting relationships with customers and associate media professionals.

How did you get started in this business?
I have a Mulitmedia degree which led me down a very diverse path in the media realm. I love what I do so I continue to do it.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Took a trip to Costa Rica to shoot an engagement, which took a pivot halfway through the process. I was able to turn an engagement style video into a 40th birthday celebration.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions. Have a vision before looking. Feel comfortable with who you choose.

How long will it take to get the finished product? What types of equipment will be used? Have they done your type of job before?
