What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i usually do a quick introduction offer my services then talk on the phone to get an idea of what types of food they are looking for what type of event they are doing (i like to fine tune the menu)
a free tasting is setup and then we talk thru the menu, setup pricing and schedules
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am a self taught executive chef for over 10 years, i have owned my own catering company for over 25
