I was working for a chicken place in the catering g dept and a few of the customers asked me if I could do something else
that was the beginning of the journey

I do I private dinner every December for about 60 people where we cook them everything from beer braised brisket fillet mignonette to grits and gravy to apple dumplings to chocolate mousses
