What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon acceptance of our quote and going into contract with us, we require a 50% deposit. At this time, we begin to work diligently to accomplish your event details. We then provide you with an opportunity to experience the details of your event via mock up. At this time, you will be able to see, feel and sample. This is your opportunity to make changes. We require your final payment be made 30 days prior to event. We arrive and create a buzz worthy experience, leaving a lasting impression on your guests
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have done wedding and event coordinating for 8 years and event decor for 7 years. Over time, we have developed a team that provides resources for every facet in the event industry and has given us the ability to expand our services to full service event planning.
