What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Elgin with our catering menu and then discuss the event in detail to see how we can best suit the needs of our customer. We customize our menus upon request and often add items that are not on the traditional menu.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head chef and owners were trained by Nona for over 25 years on traditional Sicilian fare and the family recipes. They took that training, added a skittle culinary school and turned it into a true New York~ Sicilian restaurant in hawaii.
