Jamerica Catering

We specialized in Authenic Jamaican and American Cuisine. My husband Kenyata was born and raised in Port Antonio, Jamaican and I am from Chicago. We have been married 4 years and started and created our catering business months before our wedding 2016 and catered our own co-Ed wedding shower. I have a degree in management and have certification in food industry for 7 yrs and came up with the idea because I work as a Area Mgr, Certified Food Specialist, Produce Mgr and Grocery Mgr with Sams Club and most importantly love to cook. All started from my mother who is now deceased used to catered food and was a great cook and often would make delicious meals for others. My husband Kenyata a native of Jamaican is also naturally talented thru his origin and has mastered his cultures cuisine and spices that we as Americans love so much. I created a jerk bbq signature sauce that sets us aside from our counterparts that we sell along side of our buffet platters of jerk chicken and wraps. We also have a delicious mac&cheese is to die for that is know for one of our key dishes. We have catered weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, funerals grand openings, corporate parties, closings, housewarmings, family reunions and class reunions.
