Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial conversation with the host of the event to understand their vision. Then I work on a proposal and then we setup a tasting.
Each event is different and I like to get the ideas from the host before planning the menu.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the food service and restaurant industry for 17 years. I started with culinary school and worked my way up to Executive Chef and then General Manager of a variety of High End Restaurants. I have a team of highly skilled chefs that have been in the industry 15+ years each.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All of our pricing is custom to the type of event and services the host is looking for. We can do Corporate dropoff & setup to Full service Weddings and Social Events.
How did you get started in this business?
I started as a culinary student and worked my way up in the Back of the House. Then I worked my way up from busser to the General Manager in the Front of the House. I worked for other catering companies for 4 years before I opened my own company.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are always comparing apples to apples. Just because something is cheaper, doesn't mean it's better.
