I am a professional chef with a strong culinary background and years of hands-on experience working in high-end restaurants and managing my own food businesses. I trained in top U.S. establishments, including The Capital Grille and Weber Grill, where I refined my skills in technique, flavor development, kitchen operations, and premium guest service.
I later owned and operated two successful Japanese restaurants in Bogotá, Colombia, where I led menu creation, staff training, quality control, and daily production. This experience strengthened my ability to design diverse menus, maintain exceptional standards, and deliver consistent, high-quality meals at scale.
Today, I bring that same level of expertise to my work as a personal chef and founder of Chef Caro Meal Preps, specializing in healthy, fresh, and home-style meals prepared with professional precision. I provide customized weekly meal prep services, private chef experiences, and tailored menus for individuals, seniors, and families seeking convenience without sacrificing quality or nutrition.
