We have many repeat customers because we take care of everything, provide quality work and make our clients look good. We carry extra equipment and Insurance just in case. We are prepared and ready to work. We have an extra camera ready just in case. For photos we take the extra time to color correct and crop if needed. For video we will always have an extra microphone or recorder to make sure sound is captured.
I love the variety. When the phone rings I never what what kind of job it is. Could be a conference, Charity video, interview, live stream, or photos.
We hired Mike and Kimberly as photographers for our company event/picnic at the end of June and we were extremely impressed with their work. They were extremely polite and friendly and even with the extreme heat they never slowed down! Mike even went above and beyond and brought his video came and was able to do an aerial time lapse of our event which was awesome! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a photographer or videographer for their next company event! We will be using them again for sure!
Our process is to ask the client if there are anything out of the norm we should know about. We send you a contract listing everything we will provide. About a week out from the event we will confirm everything and go over any details that need to be talked about. We will usually be early for your event to check out lighting and sound. We will ask one more time if you need anything special.
We are constantly striving to better our work. We invest in gear that we bring our work up. We also invest time to experiment doing different shots. We try to do panaramic shots at big conferences. This gives the client an excellent marketing photo. We also try to get high above the audience shots. Behind the audience looking at the speaker is a great shot our clients love. People shaking holds is another one. we realize we need to get different shots or why are you hiring us.
I started All Corporate Video & Photo 12 years ago. I started editing first. I then added videography. About 5 years ago I keep having clients ask me if we do photography also. We started doing photography then and it accounts for 1/2 of our business now. We have quite a few clients that use us for both services. They would rather deal with one vendor than two.
We have worked with fortune 500 companies and small companies. Size doesn't matter to us. We concentrate on the task at hand and deliver consistent results our customers expect.
We just finished taking a series of photos of the new construction phases of the Rock n' Roll McDonalds in downtown Chicago. We took photos on 4 different dates. It was fun to see the process of the huge undertaking. In the end we deliver some great before & after photos to the client.
Look for someone who will work with you. Find someone who will maximize your impact with the videography and Photography.
Things I would look if I was hiring are: 1.Does the vendor have insurance? If something goes wrong and you hired the vendor, you are going to be in trouble. 2. How much experience does the vendor have doing my type of event? 3. Do you want a wedding photography doing corporate photos? 4.Does the sample photos or video match my expectations? 5. Does the vendor have reviews that past clients can tell me about their experience with the event? 6. Do they have a nice website? This will show you if they keep up with trends. An outdated, sloppy website speaks volumes.
