Before mastering these influential flavors, I have mastered the all American dishes for simple family meals to a small soiree. Trained in some of the most popular restaurants and prepared to bring the experience to your table.
After 20 years of being a Chicago cook, chef,souse chef, and kitchen manager; I've learned that my passion doesn't stem from the income or accolades of being a chef, but the opportunity to nurture. I recieve full joy from my guests and witnessing their complete satisfaction. I specialize in intimate events where the guest can truly indulge in different flavors rather it's a birthday party, wedding party, BBQ, or date night dinner for two.
