About
I work with high dynamic range and extreme editing for a more artistic look to photographs. I enjoy the fine art side of portraiture. I also work with typical portrait shoots for business and professional use. If you're looking for something different and a way to stand out I am definitely the photographer for you. I have been in the field of photography for over thirty years. I have a degree in art and the science of photography. I also take courses frequently to keep up with the latest styles and emerging trends as the digital world continually changes.
I have been in love with photography since I was gifted my first camera at the age of seven. I love how photographs help you relive memories over a lifetime. For me, personally, each time looking back over photos from years prior I'd like Christmas morning. You never know what you're going to find or the wonderful memories they are going to trigger.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to interview the customer to get a feel for what they like and what their vision is for their photography shoot. We may go over style, clothing changes, poses they want, and even the hiring of addition staff if needed. Make up artist. Hair stylist. We put together whatever the client needs to feel their best on that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent six years in formal training in most genres of photography with the Art Institute of Pittsburgh graduating in 2016 as well as one year with the New York Institute of Photography previous to that. I have worked with various photographers and in just about every genre of photography. Photography isn't just a job to me, it's my passion.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing varies on the type of shoot, the time spent on the shoot, and post editing.
How did you get started in this business?
I decided to stop working doing what I disliked and start doing what I loved and had a talent for. It was a huge change but I haven't regretted it a single day in my life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with sports teams, families, seniors, professionals, models, local news, and community events.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you choose a professional that specializes or excels in the area you are hiring them for. Look over their portfolio and make sure their creative vision is in line with what you are looking for. Tell your potential photographer what it is you envision and have them tell you how they can bring that to reality for you.
