My name is Sherley and I have been a photographer for over 10 years. Photography started off has a hobby, but as time grew and my skills developed I decided to get serious and got a certification. Now flash foward I've been voted one of the best event photographers in Chicago according to Peerspace, and my photography as been published. My goal is to continue providing excellent customer service, and to continue to expand my creative services.
What makes my business stand out would have to be the fact that I started off as a model, so I know how it feels to be infront of the camera and I also know how it feels to be behind the camera.
I enjoy the joy that people get when they see their images. It's a lot of pressure that goes into event photography but capturing special moments really helps out a great deal. People appreciate those timeless moment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with somebody new we discuss the type of shoot they want. We go over the color themes, location, the length of time for the shoot, how the images will be sent, and how long it will take customers to receive image. I also Encourage my customer to select 5 of their favorite photos for me to retouch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recieved my photography certification in 2015

My Rates very based on distance
My rates for event photography is 100 an hour plus travel expense and parking
How did you get started in this business?
I modeled for a number of years, and I was alwise curious about how the camera operated. Once I picked up the camera, the rest as been history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with new models, authors, personal trainers, and business professionals. I’ve also taken photos of celebrities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoyed this events that empowered and uplifted women. Seeing women come together and speak life into each other is very important to me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be selective, and review the photographers work to see if their style fits your needs.
