What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, I discuss with them what they're looking for. I see what thoughts they have for the shoot and then develop the plan to give them what they want. I show them some of my past work. I discuss the contract and collect a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit is transferable to a new date for the same party only.
