What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the bride and groom several months before the reception to find out what they want for their special day. We talk about the foods they want, how they want the event to flow, when we start and end the food, how we handle the logistics of the evening, and coordinate with their DJ or mc. A Tasting can also be scheduled if needed.
