What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact and establishing of a date for the pictures I like to discuss with my clients a little about themselves so that we can get the best setting to do there pictures. While we can do some indoor photos, I prefer outdoor backgrounds. Usually I then following up with them at least a few days before the appointment. My goal is to get them their digital pictures edited within 2 weeks of their appointment.
