What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to find out what the client is looking for let them know what the steps would be to get to where they want and then discuss if they are happy with that decision before we start I always want my client to leave happy
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Regency beauty in little rock Arkansas in 2013.I've also have had continued educated thru the years at salon centric and matrix hair color classes
