I try to capture the moments of beauty in every day life. I am very patient, especially with individuals with special needs, children and animals. I shoot and edit my own work. Events, weddings, modeling portfolios, head shots, boudoir, real estate, street photography, portraits. 30 years as a professional photographer, published in magazines and newsletters and photos hanging in doctors and lawyers offices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up everything beforehand: what customer wants/location/time/theme. We'll keep in touch via email/text. Then we'll meet wherever was chosen on the day/time agreed upon and make some images!

I started off as a model for DarkMoon Photography. I discovered I thrived being behind the camera more than in front of it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Photography isn't just pointing a camera and hitting a button. You're paying for their artistic perspective, knowledge of their craft and all the time it takes to edit images!
