What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our new client process begins with a proposal created by our team. This proposal would be created based on the client's specifications. If the client agrees with the proposal than a deposit of 50% is required to book. We do offer tastings on a case by case basis at a 250$ fee that goes toward the final invoice if we are booked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Maya has been a professional chef for over 20 years. During the course of her career she has worked at Michelin starred restaraunts and has also recieved a James bear award for her achievements. Maya can be seen on food network as a three time veteran of Guys Grocery Games.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Chef Maya has had clients that range from Corporate to Celebroty and everything in-between. She specializes in upscale in home catering as well as large events and weddings.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A customer should have a general idea of what type of food or the style of service they desire.
