Here is some Info on me, .I’m Professional Train Chef with over 1500 Events to my Credit. I’m’ an Author of Many Cook Books and Host of a National Syndicated Cooking Radio and TV Show, “Cooking with Cajun”. I’m also a graduate from the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts. I’ve been providing Professional Chef and Catering Services for over 35 years and I’m recognized by my piers one of the Top Chefs in my field. My past Credits and I’ve had the great opportunity to Chef and Catering some very important events in the past, Like Dignitaries, Movie Stars, Entertainers , US Ambassadors, Governor’s, Heads of States and in 1984 had the distinctive honor thru my friend Congressman Billy Tauzin to caterer at the Louisiana World’s Fair in New Orleans for the Emperor of Japan. Not to mention Fortune 500 Companies, Like Coke a Cola, Shell Oil just to name a few. I also provide regular my chef/catering services for some of the most prestigious entertainment venues in New Orleans like the New Orleans Convention Center, Mahalia Jackson ,Saenger and Orheum Theatre. Cajun Mikes Catering is a full Service Catering Company that is fully licensed and insured and meets all Federal, State and Local Requirements that is also required by your venue. We serve over 495 Menu Items covering a variety of Cuisines, from, Cajun, Creole, American, Caribbean,BBQ, French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Southern Country. Also includes our party hors d'oeuvres, appetizers, finger foods and canapes. I also offer Vegan, Lactose and Kosha Cuisines menu options. I also specialized in a New Orleans traditional Style Brunch.

I can offer Buffet Style, Sit Down and Plated, or just a Dropped Off. We also can fully staff the event and can offer Bar Service Staffing.
