About
I am a professional chef who had own a restaurant but now I am doing my chef work at home . I am Safe Serv certified and working with the company SHEF by the name Dhef Hopa. I am still doing school lunches for the Berea SDA School vegetarian program. I have been in the field for over 44 yrs owning my own restaurants and the last one I own name was Taste Of Eden JaMerican Restaurant in which I retired last year August. I do a lot of weddings, special events , funerals and church events. I am gifted to cook all kinds of cultures foods.
