We have some specialties but we can make almost anything, so if you have something in mind, please ask. Get budget and style or theme of the menu. Determine location and amount of time for service.
Then I work on a menu with them that best takes advantage of their budget.

No, the menu is based on the event and the client's taste. Pricing is then based on the menu, distance, and event length.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Festivals, craft shows, birthday parties, showers, weddings, prom, graduations, employee appreciations, business lunches, movie nights, concerts, block parties.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about how long people will actually be eating. The longer you have the truck at your location, the more it will cost you. If your mealtime is about 2 hours, don't ask for the truck to be there for 4 hours, it will increase your cost.
