Meals served up by The Don are always scratch made and never reheated. on the day of your event, he's up before sunrise preparing meals fresh for you and your guests.
Using only fresh ingredients, The Don sources his meats and produce from vendors and suppliers local to Massachusetts.
Every man has one destiny. For Sebastian “The Don” DiFelice, that destiny is serving his 5-star rated dishes at parties, gatherings, and events across New England.
But, this destiny was just a hobby up until June 2018. When he found himself 25 years into a corporate career that he didn’t feel passionate about, The Don decided to trade in his suit and tie for a chef coat and never looked back.
Today, The Don serves up the same authentic recipes he made growing up in an Italian home. it was there that he learned the important role homemade dishes play in special events, and the wonderfully delicious memories that pair along with them. He now fuels his passion knowing the food he makes will be a special part of the memories every customer makes, one meal at a time.
