Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak to them beforehand to decide on a date and time for the photoshoot, and then ask for a deposit to secure the date and time that must be sent at least 48 hours before the shoot date.
After the photoshoot, within the next 48-72 hours we send a proofing gallery where customers can pick the photos that they would like edited (based on a formerly selected package), and then we send edited photos and prints (if they are requested) within 1 week of the photos being selected for editing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of two photographers that have about 4 years of photography experience each for a mixture of photography jobs including: portrait, family, graduation, product and commercial, automobile, and model and company headshots.
