What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key!! Setting up for a successful event is key.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-employed for over 12 years and loving what I do is key. I was trained by other pros in my field.

Every job is unique and special. Some require different details, time at event, typ of event and so on.
How did you get started in this business?
I was always the family photographer so it was just natural that I ended up doing what I love.
What types of customers have you worked with?
So many over the years. But i have worked with some great brides, event planners, coaches, and everyday folks that are looking for a business to make the event extra special. That's what I love doing, that's what drives me to go the extra mile.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Its was a surprise birthday party, The birthday girl had no idea when she walked in he was beyond herself. She went around the tables to see all her guest and when she got to the photo booth she said I always wanted to see this in action. She had a great time and went home with so many memories. At the end of the night I handed her a flash drive with all the photos the next day she poste them on face book saying how much fun it was.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Shop around and don't settle for the first one you come across. Talk to the person that will be at the event, ask lots of questions and if it feels right then book.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It's not about pricing! Think about will it be fun for my guests? will they have great memories of the party not just for the food, drinks, and the rest of the guests but will they have fun with the photo booth? or photographer. I believe that photos are really important because at the end of the event we go home everything else will just be memories but memories will fade but if you have photos they will always bring back the memories, It's like that party never ends. Memories are for ever.
