What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions of course. Figuring out what type of look they are going for. What type of event it's for. How they usually do their own makeup, if they even wear makeup. Usually just asking them everything I need to know to make them comfortable and so they can trust me to give t for.

I've been a certified MUA almost 8 years.
I've been a certified lash technician for 2 years.
