Q & A

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The most important part of working with a new customer is learning about what their needs are and how we can best serve them. We ask a lot of ?’s. And that gives us the answers so that we can give them the best results.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Not only are we trained and licensed by the State, we also have advanced training in cutting and coloring. Vidal Sassoon, Wella, Redken, Alfaparf,Brazillian Blowout, are just a few of the companies that have trained us.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We have a base pricing system that can be customized if more extensive work is performed. We are not a discount salon, however we will take your needs into consideration. We’ve corrected a lot of work from discount salons and home based operations including hair cuts and coloring.

How did you get started in this business?

I got into the business 27 years ago after a lifetime of being around salons. My mother was in the business for 40 years and worked at the same salon for 30 of those years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every age and every nationality. Every gender .

We’ve helped the homeless prepare for a job interview. We’ve helped top executives look their best. And everyone in between.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Cutting homeless people’s hair to help them get ready to re-enter the workforce. They had such pride and gratitude just to get a nice haircut. They were so happy and transformed by their new style. I was truly humbled by the event. It made me think about what I take for granted in my own life.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask questions, look at pictures, read reviews. I’m always happy to let you speak with my past customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Can this person actually deliver what they are advertising? (This why our consultations are sooo extensive and why we ask a lot of ?’s... not to get on any ones nerves but in order to serve them best)

Is a lower price worth not getting what I really want? (You really do get what you pay for!!)

What would you do if you had a very unhappy client? (The answer is so important! We would bend over backwards to make that client happy again)
