Yes. For real estate photography, my system like other professionals as based on square footage.
for event photography, it's a standard hourly rate but it varies based of type of event and other factors
and for portrait photography, typically a set rate based off of the type/genre/session that is being requested.

It was one of the best ways to feed my desire to create and showcase my vision whie at the same to offered me the ability to have freedom while helping others
