My passion for food and home cooking has developed
over the years. I love working in the kitchen creating
nourishing and delicious bites for each and every client.
I create creative dishes and serve them with a beautiful
presentation.
The best part about my job is creating delicious, mouth-watering meals that people from all ethnicities enjoy. I enjoy experiencing my clients' smiles when they eat and enjoy the meals I prepare for them because I value them & do my best to meet their expectations each and every time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meeting and contact will be made by my manager or booking form. I then reach out for a formal meet and greet either by phone, by email, or in person.
I then ask directly, "How will this satisfy your needs and what is cooking style and what do you envision being served in your dishes?
My first step is to create a well-thought-out quick menu for their dining needs and/or event and we will discuss what will work and if it meets the standard we will set dates, times, and location. If we both agree to the terms then I issue an immediate invoice and or payment request and after these obligations are met I get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a child I always loved to cook. West Indian Families are educated by their parents, and in my case my mother sold her cakes and pastries, in addition to dinners and west Indian dishes.
Each preparation of my food is a reflection of the love and passion I have for it. This made me an amazing cook/private chef and home cook I can be because I finally found love and was inspired to plate Then, one day, I took it up another level by educating myself and learning that I could accomplish anything I set my mind to.

I offer Lunch & Dinner for 2 up to 8 private dining
I offer meals for 4 - 20 per seating (Larger Dinner Parties)
I offer Meals per event setting / Plating
I specialize in Sandwiches (Hoagies/Subs/Heros)
Appetizers upon request
All menus are created each order and or for each event amd amount of participants
Each booking can be ordered my Trays, Plates or per person.
How did you get started in this business?
After Covid19, there was no need to waste more time. I was up and cooking and loving what I do, and I found a way to share what I love with others. Therefore, I strive to achieve that goal every day of my life.

I cater to a variety of ethnicities, including African America, Caribbean, Latin, Hispanic and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Valentines Day! On that evening, they were served their Rib-Eye steaks in the shape of hearts, and their love for one another was evident. They had a great evening!
Whenever I share LOVE in a meal, a dish or a creative design, they take so many pictures and often ask why they are not featured in publications. It means a great deal to me that I get to do this.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure it meets your tastes and expectations. We are here for no other reason but to help you. If you are in search of the perfect Chef or Cook to fulfill your needs, make sure to dot your i's and cross your t's.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Getting all the WHO'S, WHAT'S, WHEN'S, WHERE'S and your BUDGETS on your wish list in advance is very important, since you only get what you pay for, and my job is to cook you a meal fit for royalty you WIN acquiring my services!
